SPOTO trainer Garth Schulte demonstrates the knowledge systems administrators need in order to set up and manage a SQL Server instance within the Azure cloud service. This will ensure that your storage, performance, and availability requirements are met.
This is a new SQL training.
It is no longer possible to run all your database requirements on-premises. Cloud-based data solutions are becoming more popular due to their availability, storage capacity, high availability, and cost efficiency. This training will help system administrators stay current on the most cost-effective methods to use full versions SQL Server in the cloud. They won’t need to rely upon on on-premises hardware.
This series consists of four parts. It covers topics like using full versions in the cloud and not having to manage anything on the prem, reducing licensing costs by only paying for what you use, and selecting the right edition, operating system, and version for your SQL Server VM.
